What is Energy Work Steve?

I like things to be kept simple and easy to understand, and metaphysics is no exception! So I would say that 'Energy Work' is the key to understanding the way that our spiritual souls interract with our physical bodies, and the bridge between the two, which is your H.E.F. (Human Energy Field). Energy work is what we have to do to unravel knotted thoughts and feelings through the understanding of our H.E.F. We need to grasp that we are the creators of this grand life experience before our life's purpose can become clear to us.

At our most basic we are higher energy transformers, our primary purpose being to bring down higher energy frequencies and transmit them down into the Earth, our physical home. In human terms these higher energies become positive thoughts, feelings, love, creativity and abundance. This happens only when we have a clear path down through our H.E.F.'s. and into the Earth, but the truth of the matter is that a lot of us haven't. Most people have blocks in some areas, and this means that the higher energies don't get through. If these blockages aren't cleared then, over time, problems build around these areas, causing related problems in life.

To begin energy work we need to observe ourselves and try to understand our motivations for acting and feeling the way that we do. We need to stand back from our constant flow of desires, needs and reactions and become silent observers. From this standpoint we can begin to become clear and purposeful people, sure in ourselves and free from base fears and groundless worries. When we can do this then our spiritual and creative practises become fully effective and free from the constant demands of the ego.
